On Saturday it will be one month since picking up the new car. In that time I quick washed it on day two as day one I was away cleaning a colleagues BMW 5 Series.
From then on I’ve been doing everyone elses cars.
Plus a couple of others and not forgetting the regulars (photos taken from a different time).
I’ve got other cars lined up but I can’t seem to get enthused about cleaning Piglet.
Maybe it’s because she’s there while other cars I only get for a few hours at a time and I can do Piglet any time. Sometimes I say ‘it’s going to rain later’, which is a poor excuse as I know I can top and tail her in two hours but I still don’t.
Hopefully the summer should be good and I can get out and really spend some quality time with her and give her some TLC.

I really need to pull my finger out and either give my two a good spring spruce up myself or find a decent and reasonably priced mobile detailer in Manchester ( I think option two is my favourite at the moment!).

If you drive East for a while I know where there’s a mud covered vRS, two dirty Land Rovers and an Alfa with an engine bay full of oil explosion, you know, if you want something to really sink your teeth into while you procrastinate about that wonderful petrol blue Piglet.
